Conference Participation Fee Notice

The Preparatory Committee of the conference hereby informs you that the participation fee has been set at 150 LYD per research paper. This fee includes the following services:

  • Providing a DOI identifier for every research paper for official scientific documentation.
  • Uploading and registering the paper metadata on Crossref.
  • Indexing papers in Index Copernicus (IC) to enhance impact factor and scientific visibility.
  • Indexing papers in EuroPub to ensure global reach and improve academic discoverability.
  • Enabling indexing in Google Scholar by activating the DOI and uploading papers to the official conference platform.

Payment of the participation fee should be made by transferring the amount to the following bank account:

Formatting Guidelines

All accepted papers will be published on the conference website and in a peer-reviewed and accredited scientific journal.

Paper Language:

Papers are accepted in either Arabic or English.

Number of Pages:

The paper should be between 5 and 15 pages, including text, figures, tables, and references.

Keywords:

5 to 10 keywords representing the core content of the paper, written in size 12 font and separated by commas.

Paper Submission Guidelines

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Review Process

The review process follows a Double-Blind system. Authors must anonymize their submissions by removing names, affiliations, and any direct references to their previous work that could reveal their identity.

Acceptance decisions will be based on the following criteria:

  • Originality: Novel ideas, research, or perspectives presented in the paper.
  • Technical Depth: Scientific and technical soundness of the content.
  • Presentation Quality: Clarity and professionalism of the paper's structure.
  • Impact: Theoretical or practical contribution of the paper.
  • Significance: Relevance and potential to advance engineering and educational practices.

Claims must be supported by sufficient data and literature. Limitations should be stated clearly and transparently.

Papers will be screened for plagiarism. Submissions with over 30% similarity will not be accepted.
